Open Moduvio
Getting started

First sign-in

Sign in to the correct company and establish a recoverable account.

Overview

Open the Moduvio address supplied by your company. You may select the reviewed English (India), Hindi or Kannada experience before signing in; the public and secure-login shell changes immediately. A company may also enable Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi or Odia preview after sign-in, with an explicit English fallback outside accepted preview surfaces. Enter your email or username and password; the platform resolves your company after the credentials are accepted.

If multi-factor authentication is required, scan the QR code with a standards-based authenticator and confirm the current six-digit code. Store recovery codes in an approved secure location—each recovery code can be used only once.

A normal browser session remains signed in while you actively use Moduvio and expires after 30 minutes without valid activity. Selecting Remember this device uses protected browser storage and extends the signed session to 30 days; use it only on a trusted device. Account, password and MFA-policy changes can revoke either session immediately.

What to do

  1. 1
    Choose your language

Use the selector on the sign-in page for local pre-authentication display. After authentication, Moduvio restores your account preference; change it from the profile menu to save a different supported locale to your user.

  2. 2
    Use your own account

Never share credentials or an authenticator. Decisions and evidence are attributable to the signed-in person.

  3. 3
    Verify the company

After sign-in, confirm that the company and assigned site shown in Moduvio match the work you intend to perform.

  4. 4
    Protect recovery codes

Keep them outside the browser and outside ordinary shared documents. Regenerate them if you believe they were exposed.

  5. 5
    Report access problems

Ask a company administrator to confirm account status, site scope and roles. Administrators cannot retrieve your password or authenticator secret.
