What this module does
Programme provides a bounded make-to-order commercial chain and read-only actual-versus-baseline insight from approved Manufacturing evidence. Broader WBS, scheduling and delivery governance remain planned, and demand never creates operational transactions automatically.
Project / Contract Manager authors customer-commercial versions; a different Project / Contract Manager or Accountable Executive approves. Project/Contract, Accountable Executive, Production Manager/Planner and Auditor roles may read approved operational cost insight with no write authority.
None. Customer-commercial and cost-insight actions create no item, project, work order, procurement, receipt, shipment, financial posting, valuation, custody, current-stock or stock-ledger mutation. Classified reads add audit facts only.
