Supplier performance
Create a deterministic supplier scorecard from exact Supply and Quality sources, approve its source population independently and collect one scoped supplier response.
Screen orientation
Supplier Performance permissions, assigned site and classification clearance control internal reads and actions. The supplier receives only a released UNCLASSIFIED aggregate through a one-time scoped link.
The authoring form selects supplier, site and period; the register shows immutable scorecard versions, source fingerprints, reviews, release state and the bounded portal response.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.
| Field or value | Control | Required or shown when | How to use or read it | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supplier | Select | Required. | Choose the exact approved supplier whose governed facts will be scored. | Scopes every source fact and the external response. |
| Performance site | Select | Required. | Choose one assigned site; sources outside it are excluded. | Sets the scorecard and visibility boundary. |
| Period start | Date | Required with Period end. | Use the approved reporting period. | Bounds due delivery, inspection, NCR and SCAR evidence. |
| Period end | Date | Required and not before Period start. | Close the intended reporting window without selecting source rows manually. | Completes the deterministic source population. |
| Supplier-facing title | Text | Required for the released aggregate. | Use bounded UNCLASSIFIED wording. | Appears in the scoped supplier view. |
| Supplier-facing message | Long text | Required for release. | Explain the requested response without disclosing internal evidence. | Becomes the supplier-visible context. |
| Internal scorecard-author evidence | Controlled evidence | Required. | Select CLEAN internal evidence within the exact site and classification. | Pins author evidence to the immutable version. |
| Independent decision | Select | Required for source review and response disposition. | Approve only after the server recomputes the exact population fingerprint. | Records the independent outcome. |
| One-time link expiry | Date/time | Required for portal release. | Use the bounded availability period; the credential is shown once. | Limits the supplier response window. |
| Controlled decision evidence | Controlled evidence | Required at a governed decision. | Attach the exact CLEAN review evidence. | Pins evidence to the accountable review. |
Actions and effects
When to use: After supplier, site, period and author evidence are complete.
What it does: Calculates and freezes exact source rows and their fingerprint; it does not alter those sources.
When to use: By a different Procurement Manager while the population is unchanged.
What it does: Approves the immutable internal scorecard version.
When to use: By an independent QA Head after source approval.
What it does: Creates a single-use scoped credential; it sends no message by itself.
When to use: After one supplier response is recorded, by a different QA Head.
What it does: Accepts or rejects response evidence without changing supplier status, PO, receipt, NCR or SCAR.
Lists and states
- Scorecard register: use status, exact version and accountable actors to distinguish current work from retained history.
- History and evidence: hashes and source/version references identify the immutable facts used by each decision.
Authority boundary
This surface reads authoritative Supply and Quality facts and captures response evidence. It cannot change supplier lifecycle, procurement, receipt, inspection, NCR, SCAR, custody, stock or the ledger.
