Production readiness
Govern resources and competencies, qualify named operators, plan an exact operation dispatch and release it only after live readiness checks.
Screen orientation
Manufacturing readiness permissions, assigned site and clearance apply. Engineer, Production Manager, Planner, Supervisor and named Operator authorities are distinct.
Resource/competency definition registers feed qualification. Dispatch planning pins exact approved resources, calendars, rates and operator evidence; a separate transition panel records review/release.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.
| Field or value | Control | Required or shown when | How to use or read it | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Site · Resource type · Code · Name | Definition fields | Required. | Create a site-scoped WORK_CENTER, TOOL or EQUIPMENT definition. | Forms the immutable resource identity. |
| Exact physical identity · Calibration instrument | Selects | Required for calibrated tool/equipment. | Pin the active physical and calibration identities. | Enables live readiness checks. |
| Capability statement | Long text | Required. | State the objective production capability. | Freezes resource scope. |
| Code · Validity days · Name · Requirement statement | Competency fields | Required. | Define the exact competency and validity. | Creates the independently reviewed competency version. |
| Approved competency version · Named Production Operator · Valid from · Valid to · Assessment note | Qualification fields | Required. | Qualify one active named operator for a bounded period. | Creates attributable qualification evidence. |
| Exact build operation · Approved work centre · Approved tool / equipment | Dispatch selectors | Required as applicable. | Select the exact operation and approved resources. | Pins the live execution context. |
| Exact work-centre calendar · Exact tooling calendar · Governed cost-rate version | Capacity/cost pins | Required. | Pin exact approved versions used by release and cost evidence. | Connects dispatch to finite capacity and rates. |
| Required competency · Qualified operator | Operator controls | Required. | Select only a currently qualified named operator. | Sets the only actor permitted to execute. |
| Planned start · Planned end · Planning note | Schedule fields | Required. | Use a valid window inside exact calendars. | Defines the reserved dispatch interval. |
| Controlled readiness evidence · Decision · Attributable note · Controlled transition evidence | Evidence/review controls | Required at their transitions. | Attach CLEAN evidence and record the independent decision. | Pins the released/rejected/cancelled state. |
Actions and effects
When to use: For a controlled site definition.
What it does: Creates immutable versions and independent decisions.
When to use: By Production Manager for an approved competency.
What it does: Creates bounded named qualification without changing user identity/HR records.
When to use: By Production Planner for one exact operation.
What it does: Pins resources, calendars, rate, competency and operator.
When to use: By Production Supervisor after live validation.
What it does: Reserves/releases exact capacity and gates execution; it does not execute the operation.
Lists and states
- Resource, competency and dispatch register: use status, exact version and accountable actors to distinguish current work from retained history.
- History and evidence: hashes and source/version references identify the immutable facts used by each decision.
Authority boundary
Readiness cannot calibrate equipment, modify identities, command machines, execute work, move stock, post payroll/accounting or bypass exact Manufacturing plan order.
