Supervisory Intelligence
Open a role-aware Valtren AI agent from Moduvio with automatic tenant pairing, current-user authority and an attributable read-only operational scope.
Screen orientation
AI use or review authority and Procurement read access are required. Moduvio revalidates the user, role permissions, assigned sites and classification clearance for every agent tool request.
The runtime panel shows the Valtren connection and tenant-pairing state. The available-agent card explains the Procurement Agent's operating boundary and provides the single governed launch action.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.
| Field or value | Control | Required or shown when | How to use or read it | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Runtime connection | Read-only status | Valtren integration must be enabled by the deployment. | Confirm that the runtime is available before launching an agent. | Shows whether the Moduvio-to-Valtren trust bridge is configured. |
| Tenant pairing | Read-only status | Pairing must not be suspended. | The first authorised launch creates the tenant pairing automatically; no separate Valtren account setup is needed. | Shows UNPAIRED, PENDING, ACTIVE, FAILED or SUSPENDED. |
| Agent | Read-only identity | The first release exposes the Procurement Agent only. | Use the named agent for bounded procurement analysis. | Pins the launch to the procurement agent contract. |
| Operating mode | Read-only boundary | READ_ONLY for this release. | Treat output as assistance and recommendations, not as an executed transaction. | Prevents the agent from creating RFQs, awards or purchase orders. |
| Live permission checks | Read-only authority | Procurement read plus AI use or review permission are required. | Ask an administrator to assign the governed permissions rather than sharing another user's access. | Derives the minimum launch capabilities from the current Moduvio session. |
| Site and clearance scope | Read-only scope | At least one currently assigned site is required. | The agent can retrieve only records within the user's current sites and classification clearance. | Constrains every read-only tool response. |
| Correlation identity | Read-only audit context | A fresh correlation identifier and agent-run binding are generated at launch. | Use the correlation identity when reconciling Moduvio and Valtren audit evidence. | Makes each launch and subsequent read attributable across both services. |
Actions and effects
When to use: From any workspace where the user's AI permissions make the navigation item available.
What it does: Loads the current runtime, pairing state and available agents without creating a Valtren account or run.
When to use: When the runtime is configured, the user has current Procurement and AI authority, and pairing is not suspended.
What it does: Pairs the tenant when necessary, creates one bounded Valtren agent run and opens its short-lived trusted launch URL in the same browser tab.
Lists and states
- The available-agent card states the agent identity, read-only mode, permission boundary and evidence expectations; it contains no operational transaction controls.
- Launch and tool-access audit records retain the user, tenant, agent run, correlation identity, capabilities and scoped access outcome.
Authority boundary
Moduvio remains authoritative for identity, permissions, operational data, approvals and transactions. Valtren receives no Moduvio password, session cookie, database credential or MFA secret. The Procurement Agent reads only the minimal approved-demand, open-RFQ, active-PO and qualified-supplier context allowed by the live user scope; its recommendations do not execute an operational action.
