47. Site-scoped as-maintained evidence view
Read the current managed-instance state and its authorised site-bound sustainment evidence without treating a present catalogue revision as historical configuration or creating a new operational authority.
Purpose
Read the current managed-instance state and its authorised site-bound sustainment evidence without treating a present catalogue revision as historical configuration or creating a new operational authority.
Any named Sustainment reader with maintenance:read, assigned-site scope and sufficient clearance; Auditor for reconciliation
TRAIN-A-ASSET-001 · S/N TRAIN-A-SERIAL-001 · evidence sites TRAIN-A-SITE · MPR-… v1 · MWO-… · HOURS-01 sequence 1 · current revision A (not an as-installed pin).
Before you begin
- The reader has maintenance:read
- At least one programme, positive exact-serial stock balance, scoped work order or same-serial calibration instrument is visible at an assigned site
- The reader's clearance reaches the instance and evidence classification
- Source maintenance, stock and calibration records already exist and remain authoritative
Read boundary and evidence meaning
The register is a discovery boundary, not a general item list. An instance appears only through an individually classified site anchor the reader may access.
This is the item's current revision for present context. It is explicitly not a historical as-installed configuration pin and cannot prove installation or removal.
Only work orders whose programme site—or, when there is no programme, service-location site—is assigned are shown with their retained work events.
Readings remain append-only evidence owned by their accountable meter/site; the view does not estimate usage or calculate life limits.
Only positive exact-serial balances at assigned sites are shown. The view neither moves nor reclassifies stock and is not a ledger replay.
Only a same-item, same-serial instrument at an assigned site and its retained certificates are shown.
Installation/removal, repair/overhaul, reliability, scheduler, sensor, finance, external delivery and machine control are absent unless a future independently authorised model retains them.
Procedure
- 1
Open Lifecycle operations and select As-maintained evidence view. Choose an instance from the authorised register rather than searching the whole tenant.
- 2
Read the asset's current serviceability/custody and the current catalogue revision disclosure. Do not present that revision as historical configuration evidence.
- 3
Reconcile programme/version, append-only readings, work-order events, stock context and calibration certificates against their exact owning records and site codes.
- 4
As Auditor, retry from an unassigned site or below classification and verify there is no discoverable detail. Compare before/after audit, outbox, stock, ledger, custody and maintenance witnesses for an authorised read.
- 5
Escalate any need for installed configuration, removal history, repair/overhaul, reliability or automatic life calculation to a separately approved Sustainment capability rather than entering inferred facts here.
Expected result
- Only assigned-site and clearance-visible managed instances appear
- Every displayed section has an explicit site-bound authoritative source
- Current catalogue revision is never presented as historical installation proof
- Unsited generic instance events are absent
- A cross-site detail lookup returns no discoverable record
- Read activity makes no audit, outbox or business mutation
- No stock, ledger, custody, serviceability, programme, work, finance, external-delivery or machine-control authority is added
