Flow 37 — Released visual work instruction to attributable operation observation

Attach an immutable ordered visual package to one exact released manufacturing plan or operation, independently release it, pin the active version into a fresh dispatch, and require acknowledgements, controlled evidence and Quality hold acceptance before the existing operation execution may be recorded.

Overview

Inventory meaning

Flow 37 creates definition, dispatch-requirement, observation and hold-review evidence only. It never changes receipts, quarantine, inspection, custody, Assembly, current stock, stock ledger, source configuration, machine/safety state, notification delivery or generic workflow definitions.

Responsible roles

Manufacturing Engineer author → different Production Manager releaser → Production Planner pins through the existing dispatch → exact named Production Operator observer → different Quality Inspector hold reviewer → Auditor read-only

Process

  1. 1
    Bind exact target

Select only the current released plan version and optionally one exact copied operation.

    Released source read-only
  2. 2
    Author visual steps

Order inert text with CLEAN immutable image, video or drawing versions, acknowledgements and explicit holds.

    Controlled definition only
  3. 3
    Independent release

A different Production Manager accepts or rejects one immutable SHA-256 definition.

    No execution/custody action
  4. 4
    Pin at dispatch

A fresh existing readiness dispatch freezes the then-active plan-start and exact-operation versions.

    Dispatch requirement only
  5. 5
    Observe and hold

The exact named operator records steps in order; a different Quality Inspector clears declared holds.

    Evidence gate only
  6. 6
    Execute existing operation

Only a complete pinned run unlocks the established Flow 27/28 operation evidence endpoint.

    No second execution engine
    READ ONLY

Role handoff

Manufacturing Engineer author → different Production Manager releaser → Production Planner pins through the existing dispatch → exact named Production Operator observer → different Quality Inspector hold reviewer → Auditor read-only

Detailed reference chapters

Detailed steps

  1. 1

Open Manufacturing → Visual work instructions and select one exact current released manufacturing-plan version, optionally narrowing the target to one operation.

  2. 2

Create ordered steps with concise inert instruction text, an observation prompt, at least one same-site CLEAN PHOTO, VIDEO or DRAWING version per step, acknowledgement requirements, optional controlled execution evidence and explicit Quality holds.

  3. 3

Submit as the version author. As a different Production Manager, reject v1, retain it, create replacement v2 and release only the unchanged exact plan-source and definition fingerprints.

  4. 4

Create a fresh operation dispatch through Production readiness. Confirm it pins the active package version; later package replacement does not rewrite that dispatch, while a later fresh dispatch pins the new active version.

  5. 5

As the exact named Production Operator, preview media only through authenticated controlled-document download and record each step in released order. Stop at every Quality hold and attach evidence where required.

  6. 6

As a different Quality Inspector, accept the pending hold to continue or reject the run so the operation cannot execute. Complete all pinned runs, then record the existing manufacturing operation and reconcile zero source/custody/stock/machine/workflow side effects.

Field-by-field practice data

Use a disposable training tenant

Release a two-step visual instruction package for one exact training operation and complete its pinned acknowledgement and Quality hold. The page shows sample set A; the workbook includes independent A, B and C values.

Field names match the current application labels. Select existing approved records where shown, leave optional values blank unless they genuinely apply, and never copy fictitious TRAIN values into live work.

Author the visual package

Open /manufacturing/instructions

Select the exact current released plan operation, add ordered inert steps and attach CLEAN immutable visual media before independent release.

Controlled media versionSelect existingTRAIN-A-PHOTO-ORIENT v1Select one CLEAN PHOTO JPEG/PNG/WebP version.
Acknowledgement requirementRequiredRequiredRequire explicit operator acknowledgement.

Expected result: The definition is versioned and fingerprinted; it creates no dispatch, operation execution, machine command, stock or custody transaction.

Observe the pinned run

Open /manufacturing/instructions

After Planning and Supervisor release create the fresh dispatch, open each pinned step in order and record attributable facts.

Exact field nameRequirementSample value AHow to use it
DispatchSelect existingTRAIN-A-MDP-020Use the exact RELEASED dispatch assigned to the signed-in operator.
Acknowledgement requirementRequiredYesAcknowledge only after reviewing the exact media.
Attributable noteRequiredKeyed face aligns with the released orientation image.Record only what was observed.
Attributable noteRequiredConnector is fully seated and witness mark is visible.Record the objective condition.
Required execution evidenceSelect existingTRAIN-A-OBS-SEAT-001Attach required CLEAN evidence.
DecisionRequiredACCEPTA different Quality Inspector makes the evidence-backed decision.
Controlled transition evidenceSelect existingTRAIN-A-HOLD-SEAT-001Attach exact review evidence.

Expected result: The run must COMPLETE before the existing Build control operation can be recorded; rejection keeps it blocked.

End state

One completed dispatch retains exact released visual-definition lineage, ordered attributable observations and independent hold evidence as a subordinate gate to the existing operation execution without adding another workflow, transaction or control engine.
