Programme operations and defence evidence
Access bounded defence/programme controls for demilitarisation, magazine rules, party screening, DMSMS/LTB, governed reports, migration and advisory evidence.
Screen orientation
Each tab uses its own exact permission, assigned-site and classification scope. Tabs and actions are hidden when the actor lacks that authority.
Independent tabs keep controlled disposal, magazine safety, screening, lifecycle risk, reports/schedules, migration, document intelligence, forecasts and advisory evidence separate.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.
| Field or value | Control | Required or shown when | How to use or read it | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Item · Controlled location · Quantity · Authority · Method · Before photo · After photo | Demilitarisation controls | Required. | Select blocked exact stock and CLEAN before/after evidence. | Creates a separately approved controlled-disposal record. |
| Explosive item · Compatibility group · Hazard division · Max quantity · Minimum distance (m) · Rationale | Magazine rule | Required. | Define the exact bounded storage compatibility rule. | Constrains authorised magazine putaway. |
| Screening target · Controlled source reference · Decision · Valid until | Restricted-party screening | Required. | Record an attributable current manual screening decision. | Creates screening evidence without changing supplier lifecycle. |
| Item · Lifecycle · Sources · Risk · Evidence · Assessment | DMSMS assessment | Required. | Record source-backed obsolescence risk. | Creates the immutable lifecycle assessment. |
| Item · Project · LTB quantity · Authority · Rationale | Last-time-buy request | Required. | Request a bounded quantity with independent approval. | Creates planning authority only. |
| Report · Format · Controlled site | Governed export | Required. | Choose a scoped report and approved format/site. | Generates an authorised evidence export. |
| Schedule name · Report · Format · Cadence · Classification cap · Recipients | Scheduled delivery | Required. | Set a bounded permitted report schedule and recipients. | Creates scheduled notification work under the existing worker. |
| Migration workbook | File | Required for preview/dry run. | Use the approved template and review mapping before commit. | Creates no data until the separately authorised commit. |
| Source document version · Document type | Document-intelligence selectors | Required. | Select an exact CLEAN controlled source. | Creates bounded extracted/advisory evidence. |
| Item · Method · Horizon · Demand history | Forecast controls | Required. | Choose the bounded CPU forecast and attributable history. | Creates advisory evidence only. |
| Prompt classification | Select | Required for Programme assistant use. | Keep prompt classification within configured egress policy. | Controls provider eligibility; output remains advisory. |
Actions and effects
When to use: Within the selected defence/programme tab.
What it does: Applies only that tab's code-owned transition and evidence.
When to use: For a permitted scoped report.
What it does: Creates evidence or worker delivery state without granting business transaction authority.
When to use: After mapping and database dry run, by a migration administrator.
What it does: Preview is non-mutating; commit is the explicit governed bulk transaction.
When to use: For permitted classified input.
What it does: Returns human-reviewed advice with no autonomous transaction authority.
Lists and states
- Tab-specific registers retain their own status, evidence and actors; a result in one tab grants no authority in another.
- Delivery, migration and advisory histories expose attempt/mode/outcome evidence without exposing secrets.
Authority boundary
Programme operations contains several bounded authorities, not a general transaction console. Advisory output cannot act, and no tab bypasses stock, evidence, site, classification or maker-checker controls.
