Defence controls

Operate bounded codification, defence inspection calls, ownership/co-mingling controls and exact-stock MRB decisions and execution.

Screen orientation

Who can use it

Each tab applies its exact defence-control permission, assigned site and classification. Decision and execution actions enforce maker-checker and named-role boundaries.

How the screen is arranged

Tabs separate item codification, resident inspection, accountable ownership/cost rules and MRB. Their registers retain evidence and state independently.

Field reference

The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.

Actions and effects

Advance codification

When to use: For an eligible exact item and transition.
What it does: Records controlled identity/status only.

Raise / decide inspection call

When to use: Under the protected resident-inspection workflow.
What it does: Creates and advances attributable defence inspection work.

Approve ownership rule

When to use: For an exact bounded pool or co-mingling pair.
What it does: Creates configuration evidence; it does not move stock.

Vote / execute MRB disposition

When to use: Votes reach the required decision, then a separate Stores actor executes.
What it does: The vote authorises; only execution posts the exact stock movement.

Lists and states

  • Each tab has its own register and state: codification, calls, ownership rules and MRB records are not interchangeable.
  • MRB board separates votes from exact execution and shows linked custody evidence.

Authority boundary

Defence configuration decisions do not implicitly alter inventory. Only the explicit authorised MRB execution path can post its exact held-stock disposition.
