Overview

Moduvio provides reviewed Indian English, Hindi and Kannada catalogues for the public entry, secure authentication journey, application shell and Language & Region module. Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia are available as company-controlled previews for the Language & Region module and locale-aware date, number and currency formats. Outside those accepted preview surfaces, Indian English remains explicit until native terminology and layout review is completed. Your signed-in selection is stored on your own account and restored on every authenticated session.

A company administrator selects the company default and the languages employees may choose. Indian English must remain enabled as the assured fallback. When an administrator disables a language, affected user preferences move to the selected company default in the same audited transaction; new users inherit that default.

Language is presentation-only. Dates, numbers and currency are formatted for the selected locale, but stored values are unchanged. Business identifiers, workflow states, statutory facts, authority decisions, audit facts and retained evidence remain verbatim to protect meaning, traceability and legal integrity.

Deeper operational modules, notifications, generated reports/PDFs and the documentation portal remain in their reviewed source language until each surface passes terminology, layout and accessibility acceptance. The interface does not pretend that an untranslated controlled surface is translated.

What to do

   Open Language & region

   Open your profile menu and choose Language & region. The page shows the current language, company default and available set.

   Choose your display language

   Select a language enabled by your company. Reviewed languages and previews are labelled separately; the preference is saved immediately and one audit fact is emitted only when the value changes.

   Review the format preview

   Confirm how a representative date, number and INR amount appear in the selected locale. Stored business values do not change.

   Govern company languages

   Company administrators may enable reviewed or preview languages and choose an enabled default. Existing companies retain their current three-language set, preview languages are opt-in, and Indian English cannot be disabled.

   Read controlled records verbatim

   Do not reinterpret translated shell copy as a translation of identifiers, statuses, statutory content or evidence; those values remain authoritative in their source form.
