Flow 43 — Site-scoped as-maintained evidence view
Read the current managed-instance state beside only authorised site-bound maintenance, programme, usage, stock and calibration evidence, while preserving the boundary between present catalogue context and unrecorded historical configuration.
Overview
Flow 43 is read-only. It creates no audit, outbox, work, programme, meter, stock, ledger, custody, serviceability, finance, external-delivery or machine-control fact. The view never treats the current catalogue revision as a historical as-installed pin.

Process
- 1Establish authorised site evidence
The managed instance appears only when an assigned site has visible programme, serial-stock, scoped work-order or same-serial calibration evidence.
Read-only scope gate - 2Read current instance context
Inspect asset, serial, serviceability, custody, holder and current catalogue revision with its non-historical disclosure.
No configuration mutation - 3Reconcile retained evidence
Read only individually site-bound programme, meter-reading, work-order-event, positive stock and calibration-certificate sources.
Sources remain authoritative - 4Respect the deliberate gapREAD ONLY
Do not infer installation/removal, repair/overhaul, life calculations, reliability, scheduler, sensor or machine-control facts absent from an authoritative source.
No implied authority

Detailed steps
- 1
Open Sustainment → Lifecycle operations and use As-maintained evidence view with maintenance:read. Select only an instance offered by the authorised evidence register; a raw instance identifier never grants discovery.
- 2
Confirm the visible evidence-site codes. The register is populated only by classified, assigned-site programme, positive serial stock, work-order or same-serial calibration anchors.
- 3
Read the managed instance's current state and current catalogue revision. Treat that revision as present catalogue context, never as proof of historical installation or removal configuration.
- 4
Reconcile the separately displayed programme versions, append-only readings, maintenance work-order events, current positive serial balance and calibration certificates to their owning source records.
- 5
As an outside-site or below-clearance reader, confirm the register is empty and an explicit detail request returns no discoverable record. Compare audit/outbox and operational witnesses before and after an authorised read.
- 6
For repair/overhaul, installation/removal history, life-limit calculation, reliability analysis, automation or machine actions, use only a future approved module with its own authoritative evidence model; Flow 43 does not create one.
Field-by-field practice data
Read the current training managed instance and reconcile only authorised site-bound sustainment evidence without inventing installation/removal or repair history. The page shows sample set A; the workbook includes independent A, B and C values.
Field names match the current application labels. Select existing approved records where shown, leave optional values blank unless they genuinely apply, and never copy fictitious TRAIN values into live work.
Open the scoped evidence register
Open As-maintained evidence view and select only an instance offered from the reader's authorised site-bound register.
| Exact field name | Requirement | Sample value A | How to use it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Managed instance with authorised site evidence | Select existing | TRAIN-A-ASSET-001 · TRAIN-A-SITE | Select only the offered managed instance and verify the stated evidence site. |
| Current catalogue revision | Read only | Rev A | Read as present catalogue context only; it is not an as-installed configuration pin. |
| Scope disclosure | Read only | Read-only site-bound evidence; installation/removal and repair history are not inferred. | Confirm the boundary before interpreting any source section. |
Expected result: The view is read-only and shows no instance where the reader lacks a classified programme, serial-stock, scoped work-order or calibration anchor.
Reconcile source-backed evidence
Compare the selected view with the existing programme, meter, maintenance, stock and calibration sources for the same instance and site.
| Exact field name | Requirement | Sample value A | How to use it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Managed instance with authorised site evidence | Read only | TRAIN-A-ASSET-001 | Retain the exact selected asset/serial identity. |
| Current catalogue revision | Read only | Rev A · current context | Verify the disclaimer remains visible with the current revision. |
| Scope disclosure | Read only | No scheduler, life calculation, stock, finance or machine-control authority | Confirm missing authority is not silently inferred from retained evidence. |
Expected result: Programme/version, append-only readings, work-order events, positive serial stock and calibration certificates agree with their owner records; no source is changed.
End state
One authorised reader can understand the current managed asset and its retained site-bound sustainment evidence without inventing a complete as-maintained configuration ledger or expanding operational authority.
