Sustainment
Maintain serialized products and controlled equipment against usage, life, configuration and serviceability rules.
Preview. Recurring calendar/usage programmes, deliberate due-work generation and a bounded site-scoped as-maintained evidence view are available; full installation/removal configuration, repair/overhaul, reliability and automatic scheduling remain planned.
What this module does
Sustainment now governs recurring calendar/usage maintenance programmes and due-work generation, plus a read-only site-scoped as-maintained evidence view for managed instances; installation/removal configuration, repair/overhaul and reliability remain planned.
Stores Supervisor authors programme/meter definitions and generates ready work; a different Stores Supervisor or Quality Inspector approves; Stores Officer records usage and executes work; existing independent release remains authoritative.
Programme approval, readings and generation do not change stock. Only the existing maintenance start/release lifecycle blocks or releases the exact serialized identity.
Capabilities
Available now: immutable programme versions, monotonic usage readings, deterministic due state and human-triggered work generation.
Available now: current managed-instance context plus authorised site-bound programme, work, meter, stock and calibration evidence; it does not infer historical installation or removal.
Planned: removal, installation and complete as-maintained configuration by product unit.
Internal or external repair, rotables, warranty, cannibalisation and return-to-service.
Defect trends, service actions, life limits and installed-base effectivity.
Inputs, outputs and handoffs
Serialized product configuration, usage/life readings, serviceability, maintenance demand, spares and approved technical instructions.
Available recurring programme versions, append-only usage readings, human-generated due work and a read-only site-scoped as-maintained evidence view. Installation/removal configuration, repair/overhaul and reliability remain planned.
The future module will consume Engineering, Inventory and Quality truth without taking ownership of their source records.
Where to work
Available programme scope, dependencies, authority boundary and planned capability.
/workspaces/sustainmentRecurring programmes, usage readings, due-work generation, read-only as-maintained evidence and existing exact-identity maintenance/disassembly.
/catalogue-lifecycleAvailable Inventory-owned instrument due, withdrawal, work and release foundation.
/calibrationAvailable Quality-owned exact-source repair and reinspection assurance.
/quality/repair-assuranceAuthority boundary
Programme approval, readings and generation do not change stock. Only the existing maintenance start/release lifecycle blocks or releases the exact serialized identity. The future module will consume Engineering, Inventory and Quality truth without taking ownership of their source records.
