FAT, SAT and commissioning
Define and release an exact BUILT-product acceptance campaign, then record sequential FAT, SAT and commissioning evidence with independent Quality and contract decisions.
Screen orientation
Manufacturing acceptance permissions, site and clearance apply. Campaign author, technical/Quality/contract releasers, operator, inspector and contract acceptor remain attributable.
Campaign definition freezes exact built-product sources and three ordered phases. Phase panels record execution, Quality verification and contract acceptance in sequence.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.
| Field or value | Control | Required or shown when | How to use or read it | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Campaign title · Scope and authority boundary | Text | Required. | Name the campaign and its bounded evidence purpose. | Freezes the campaign header. |
| FAT factory reference · SAT customer-site reference · Commissioning field reference | Text | Required for their respective phases. | Use exact location/contract references. | Pins each phase context. |
| FAT result adapter | Select | Required for the FAT definition. | Choose the bounded evidence adapter. | Defines accepted result structure. |
| CLEAN procedure and campaign evidence | Controlled evidence | Required. | Select exact CLEAN procedures and release evidence. | Pins immutable campaign evidence. |
| Executed at · Immutable external adapter record · Operator observation note | Execution fields | Required for a phase result. | Record exact execution time, unique evidence identity and observations. | Creates the immutable phase result. |
| CLEAN execution evidence | Controlled evidence | Required. | Attach phase-specific CLEAN evidence. | Pins the execution fact. |
| Decision · Attributable decision note · Decision evidence | Review controls | Required at release/verification/acceptance. | The responsible authority records an explicit evidence-backed outcome. | Appends the immutable decision. |
| External witness organisation · External witness name · Acceptance reference | Witness fields | Required when the contract demands a witness. | Record evidence of the external witness; this is not a signature request or message. | Pins witness context to the phase. |
Actions and effects
When to use: For an exact eligible BUILT product and accepted source fingerprints.
What it does: Creates an immutable campaign version.
When to use: After Product Engineering, Quality Engineering and Project/Contract decisions by required distinct actors.
What it does: Authorises evidence capture for the exact phases.
When to use: By Production Operator after preceding phase acceptance.
What it does: Creates immutable FAT/SAT/commissioning evidence.
When to use: By Quality then Project/Contract authority.
What it does: Advances the sequential campaign without delivering or moving the product.
Lists and states
- Acceptance campaign and phase result register: use status, exact version and accountable actors to distinguish current work from retained history.
- History and evidence: hashes and source/version references identify the immutable facts used by each decision.
Authority boundary
The campaign records evidence only. It cannot command equipment, deliver a product, change Engineering/Quality sources, custody, stock, identity, procurement or accounting.
