Getting started

Navigate Moduvio

Understand workspaces, application surfaces and the context attached to your records.

Overview

A workspace groups the activities used by a functional team, such as Engineering, Supply, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality or Governance. Your visible navigation is filtered by your assigned roles and permissions.

A site is a physical company facility. Site scope is part of the authority check, not merely a display filter. Always confirm the active site before creating or deciding a record.

Reviewed English (India), Hindi and Kannada are available for the public entry, authentication journey, application shell and Language & Region module. Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia are opt-in previews for Language & Region and locale-aware formats; all other surfaces fall back to Indian English until native review is accepted. Open Language & region from the profile menu to select your display language or, for company administrators, govern the company default and enabled set. Deeper business-module forms, generated evidence and documentation remain English until each domain translation is reviewed; identifiers, workflow states, decisions and source evidence are never silently rewritten.

What to do

  1. 1
    Open a workspace

Use the workspace switcher to move to the business function you are working in.

  2. 2
    Select a surface

Choose the activity—such as receipts, inspections, build control or documents—from the workspace navigation.

  3. 3
    Read the status

Status tells you what can happen next. Completed and rejected decisions remain as evidence; they are not silently overwritten.

  4. 4
    Use documentation in context

Open Documentation from the profile menu, search the business term, then return to the exact application surface linked from the article.
