Customer estimates, quotations and sales-order demand
Govern customer estimates, outbound quotation evidence, an attributable customer decision and independently approved sales-order demand without creating operational transactions.
Screen orientation
Customer Commercial and Customer Demand permissions apply with tenant, assigned-site and classification scope. Each internal decision excludes the relevant author/submitter or prior recorder.
The page separates estimate, quotation, customer-decision and sales-order stages. Each register retains immutable versions, exact item-revision/product-baseline lines, evidence and decision history.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.
