Secure putaway
Move independently accepted receipt material from its exact quarantine source to an authorised storage destination using source and destination scan confirmation.
Screen orientation
Only permitted Stores roles can act. Candidates, locations and movements are restricted to assigned sites and classification-compatible destinations; the prior Quality disposition is server authoritative.
The queue lists accepted putaway tasks awaiting scan. Start one task to review its exact balances, scan the source, select the authorised destination and scan that destination before confirmation.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.

Actions and effects
When to use: For an accepted task visible in the queue.
What it does: Opens scan verification; it does not move material yet.
When to use: After source and destination scans match and all eligibility checks remain current.
What it does: Posts the explicit paired custody movement into authorised storage.
When to use: Before confirmation when the physical checks cannot be completed.
What it does: Closes the panel without changing task, stock or ledger state.
Lists and states
- Putaway queue: task, receipt, lot, source, site, classification and balance count identify accepted material awaiting movement.
- Selected balances: exact quantity and identity rows define what the single confirmation will move.
Authority boundary
Putaway moves only independently accepted existing stock. It cannot create a receipt, change Quality disposition, alter supplier evidence, invent quantity or select an unauthorised destination.
