Lifecycle operations
Operate the currently bounded sustainment foundation: recurring programme definitions, append-only usage readings, human-generated due work, existing exact-identity maintenance/disassembly and read-only as-maintained evidence.
Screen orientation
Maintenance visibility and actions reuse existing maintenance permissions plus tenant, assigned-site and classification filters. As-maintained detail is discoverable only through an authorised site anchor.
Use the maintenance-programme, usage-meter, due-work and as-maintained sections independently. Each section exposes only the records and actions within its declared authority boundary.
Field reference
The entries below describe the current screen controls and read-only values. They do not relax server-side validation, site scope, classification handling or required independence in a governed decision.
| Field or value | Control | Required or shown when | How to use or read it | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Managed instance | Select | Required for programme, meter or evidence selection. | Select the exact serialised managed identity. The as-maintained register displays it only when an authorised site-bound source exists. | Sets the physical identity context; it does not infer installation/removal history. |
| Accountable site | Select | Required for a programme. | Choose the site that owns recurring programme evidence. It filters readers and eligible approval actions. | Scopes the programme and generated work to the authorised site. |
| Calendar interval days / Usage interval | Number | At least one approved trigger is required for a programme. | Use the controlled calendar/usage threshold. Do not configure autonomous scheduling or predictive maintenance logic. | Defines deterministic due criteria for the approved version. |
| Usage meter / Reading / Reading date | Select, decimal and date | Required to append a usage reading. | Record the observed cumulative reading and its observed date. Readings are append-only and cannot decrease. | Adds immutable usage evidence used by due evaluation. |
| Required task / Task instruction | Text | Required for a programme version. | State the exact governed task and approved instruction context; this is not a free-form work release. | Pins the task template to the programme version. |
| Due programme / Scheduled date / Generation note | Select, date and long text | Required when a permitted user deliberately generates work. | Select the approved version and explain the human generation. The system does not autonomously release work. | Creates an idempotent linked work-order occurrence through the existing authority. |
| Scope disclosure / Current catalogue revision | Read-only | Always read-only in as-maintained evidence. | Use these values as present evidence context only. The displayed revision is not a historical as-installed configuration pin. | Communicates what the screen can and cannot prove. |
Actions and effects
When to use: For a new controlled recurring definition, with independent approval.
What it does: Creates a versioned programme; it does not schedule, reserve spares or post stock.
When to use: When an eligible operator has observed the physical meter.
What it does: Appends immutable cumulative evidence; it does not generate work automatically.
When to use: Only after a permitted user deliberately confirms an approved due programme.
What it does: Creates controlled due work through the existing work-order authority.
When to use: When an eligible site anchor is visible.
What it does: Reads scoped current/history evidence with no audit/outbox or business mutation side effect.
Lists and states
- Programme versions: status, triggers, site and independent decision distinguish an available version from a draft.
- As-maintained evidence: present state and separately scoped source sections must not be read as a complete installation/removal ledger.
Authority boundary
The screen has no background scheduler, telematics ingestion, predictive claim, automatic work release, spares reservation, repair/overhaul, life-limit, finance or external-delivery authority.
